Master Nage's Guide to Training Consensual
Slaves
Cover by dana
GENRE: BDSM Nonfiction
PUBLISHER: The Dark Romance Novel Group
FORMAT: eBook and print
An entertaining and informative
look at Dominance and submission, from
finding the right slave to keeping a collar
around her neck. If you think it doesn't take
work to keep a slave, you've never tried it.
Learn from an experienced Master who lives
the lifestyle--from both his triumphs and his
mistakes. You'll never look at Dominance and
submission the same way again.
Master Nage is a real life
Master, practicing D/s (Dominance/submission)
since 1992. He moved to Hobart Tasmania in
2003 to be with his slave dana, who he
subsequently married. Master Nage writes full
time. He writes erotica, science fiction,
fantasy and informational books and articles
on D/s.
Excerpt
Foreword
There are plenty of manuals on
Dominance and submission—encyclopedic
treatises, how-to books, personal accounts,
and theories by the score. If you want to
learn about it, all you need do is go on the
web and read. You don't need this
book.
Why did I bother writing it?
There are a number of reasons.
First, there are many different
schools of thought on D/s. Not every practice
is for everyone. And, because what I practice
is so different from much of what is around,
I figured it wouldn't be a bad thing to tell
my side of the story.
Another thing I've found
lacking in a lot of the information available
is a sense of humor. A dry recitation of
facts might be okay for scholars, but if you
want to teach people, you have to engage
them. Get their attention. The more
entertaining and better written a book is,
the more likely a reader will remember what
the author has to say. Since I've been told
I'm an entertaining guy, I thought it might
be a nice change from some of the other work
out there.
More to the point, several
people have asked me to write this guide, and
being the type of guy who doesn't want to
disappoint, I've decided to do it. There’s
only one problem.
It's impossible to write a
slave training manual—absolutely
impossible.
The problem is simple. Every
Master is different. Every slave is
different. Every couple has different likes
and dislikes, different kinks, different
ideas. Dominance and submission (hereafter
referred to as D/s) is a game played with
rules as diverse as the people who practice
it. What works for one, won’t necessarily
work for another.
What you are holding in your
hands (or reading on your screen if I’ve
since come out with an ebook version) is a
roadmap into my personal life. It’s the sum
total of my experience after more than twelve
years in the lifestyle. In this type of
undertaking, twelve years might as well be
five minutes, for no matter how deeply I
delve into BDSM there are levels I’ll never
reach. So what makes me qualified to write
this book?
Nothing but a modest amount of
success and quite a few mistakes, most of
which I’ve actually learned from. So read,
enjoy, take what you need, discard what
doesn’t work and hopefully pick up a thing or
two you hadn’t previously
considered.
That’s the best way to approach
Master Nage's Guide to Training Consensual
Slaves.
